Every customer has the option of returning the purchased item if they are not satisfied. All items must be returned within 30 days of the date received unless approved by Lyons Hosiery Inc. All items must be in their original packaging and original condition of being shipped.

 Every customer will have the responsibility of contacting Lyons Hosiery Inc. to notify the company of any complaints or issues. The customer may contact us either by email or by phone at the information provided within this policy. Upon contact from the customer, Lyons Hosiery will make every effort to resolve any conflicts or issues. If no agreements can be reached, Lyons Hosiery will instruct the customer to return the items for full refund. All necessary shipping information to return the items will be provided at that time to the customer.


 Upon the return of items, Lyons Hosiery will inspect and account for all items being received. If all items being returned meet the standards and approval of Lyons Hosiery Inc. a refund will be immediately issued to the customer for the purchased cost of the item or items being returned. Please be advised that a shipping fee may be deducted from the total refund of original purchase.
